Pros

Good food, and it has a rest day once every month.

Cons

The working style and performeance evaluation is becomming much more ridiculous, it requested the enginner to achieve certain number of code submit/review/document comments/... and bunch other small things, overall this company is going downhill.

Pros

Monopoly in the market. Everyone in your department / team are supportive. At SD level, great for starting out in sales. They're always screaming out for non-english speakers to work in the Dublin office.

Cons

Job security is not great due to redundancies every year and targets becoming excessive - out of touch with market conditions. CSM support has been outsourced completely for accounts lower than enterprise so your role is relentlessly handling issues which pulls you away from going after your number, You either stay as an account director/ account executive or move into management.
