Pros

The biggest pro is that the food is great and most of the employees are very nice and friendly.

Cons

Some managers, especially recent hires, are just horrible to work with. I think L did this intentionally in order to change the culture towards Amazon. :)

Pros

- best generous benefits ever that you won't find anywhere else (50% 401k match, wellness stipend, fitness classes, baristas and cafeteria on-site, fun workplace events) - people are incredibly smart and kind and willing to help and go out of their way

Cons

- everything is siloed, so expect person to know a part of their process but nothing beyond that. there's a lot of specialists which could be frustrating because you're find asking who to talk to. - lots of planning, researching, and less action than i expected. takes a quarter to plan, and a quarter to launch. don't expect to move fast, you'll move a snail pace that gets frustrating when you can't get things done fast
