Pros

The way the company's mission and values are at the heart of all the decisions made. Still agile in changing a course of action if outcome is not what was hoped for. Great benefits such as food, gym access and working hours. Each employee is expected to act as an owner and it is really so. Empowering.

Cons

The company is still growing fast and learning as we go due to the disruptiveness of the services. So if one is not comfortable with minimum structure and guidance it will be a challenging place to be.
