Pros

LinkedIn is a special Company, one that wants to do more than generate revenue for it's shareholders. Obsessed with changing members lives and as employees are members too the same applies. With the right attitude and relationship building skills, LinkedIn will give you the opportunity to grow your career. I went from an entry level sales person to leading an international sales team.

Cons

It is becoming a bigger and more rigged Co now so if you're looking for a Co that can adapt and move fast you may be looking in the wrong place.
