      Pros

      Great talent to work with. We really live our culture and values. Amazing environment really fosters collaboration among peers and different teams.

      Cons

      We could do with a little bit more support from Operations and Training deparments. Expect a lot of change and start up environment. So not really a negative if you thrive in this atmosphere but can put some people off.
