Mission, vision, culture and values are central elements of LinkedIn advantage as an employer. When you work at LinkedIn, you truly live and breath its culture and values while embracing a work with purpose.

Cons

Working in an hyper-growth company is also evolving from a 'startup' mode to a big corporate... Decisions are slower, political games are appearing, a more bureaucratic organization is emerging and brings difficulties in the daily operations.

Pros

I have been with LinkedIn for almost 2.5 years now. We have a good culture and I have had the pleasure of interacting with some great coworkers over the past few years. The company really takes care of you with pick up and drop to work, breakfast, lunch, a great cafeteria overall. Good benefits as well.

Cons

Opportunities for growth are limited and there aren't too many roles to experiment with if you want to specialize in any particular area or grow in the hierarchy.
