Pros

Strong benefits and compensation, Very strong work-life balance and flexibility, High-quality office environment with a lot of natural light, free food, stocked break areas, modern workspaces, and thoughtful design. Strong training and transferable skills

Cons

Promotion opportunities feel limited because internal competition is intense and roles are highly sought after. Layoff anxiety has affected morale KPI pressure can be frustrating with pressure tied closely to dashboards. Culture feels less personal than before, the environment has become more corporate and feels less authentic

Pros

Great benefits and remote work options

Cons

The workplace culture, overall work-life balance, and role expectations vary wildly depending on the team you are on. The first team I joined was a GREAT experience, and the second team was a HORRIBLE experience. The immaturity of some leaders is astounding.
