      Really great culture. The best part about working at Linode is the people employed here. I feel like I've made some great friends, and enjoy my time working.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work, it's a bit overloading at times, and priorities seem to shift frequently.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and the people genuinely love what they do. Real opportunity to affect a growing industry. Lots of independence with little micromanaging. Management gives opportunity for growth to people based on talent and the work you do -- not credentials or sucking up, which is frankly extremely refreshing. Talented people often work their way up from entry level to senior level quickly, which is also awesome.

      Cons

      Despite being a tech company, evolution is slow and C-suite is often reactive, not proactive. There's been some unnecessary drama with turnover, but that's on individual employees not management.
