Pros

One of the best atmospheres that I have ever worked for! The co-workers were simply amazing, management truly helped you succeed, and above all the ability to work in teams helped benefit our whole store.

Cons

Not so much as a con, however if your not a personable individual and your not open minded than this job may not be the best fit for you.

Pros

Fun subject matter and interesting products. Fairly organized and clean compared to other adult stores. Pretty nice commission if you and your coworkers can keep upselling high. Awesome benefits that can't really be beat by other adult store chains.

Cons

Limited flexibility especially if you get stuck on third shift. Have thick skin and be non judgmental because a lot of the customers can be pretty wild, but that should be expected at an adult boutique.

Good Pay, Bad Hours

Pros

- Great pay for retail - $8.00 base pay, and additional average of $1.50 to $4.00 in commission per hour - Good employee discount (40% off regular priced items) - Pretty easy job

Cons

- Management pressures employees to meet high up-sale quotas - Work alone most of the time - It can be hours between customers, so it can get really boring being by yourself - Really inconsistent hours. Since they are open 6 AM to midnight, they would schedule me 6 AM to 2 PM one day, and then 4 PM to midnight the next. Especially difficult to adjust to if you are a student like myself.
