Pros

Very flexible, work at home, decent pay for what you're doing.

Cons

Responsible for your own taxes, no employer FICA contribution. Work can be repetitive and boring.

Pros

Great networking, the experience and title both look great on the resume. Supervisor was pretty flexible and a nice person to work with.

Cons

Pay was well below the average for the title, experience, location, and company I was contracted to. ZERO voluntary benefits from the company, constant run around when asking about the legally required sick time.
