      Pros

      Most enjoyed the opportunity to work with a committed and hard working group of peers around the world - generally a very supportive and knowledgeable group. It's the people I missed the most after I left. Benefits were good - healthcare, etc, 401k and vacation (5 weeks after 5 years - though difficult to take 5 weeks every year with workload and expectations).

      Cons

      Few opportunities for career advancement, generally low pay, often overburdened delivery teams - project teams often 'maxed out' and expected to stay until the work was done so long hours with no additional compensation creating stressfu/''burnout' situations.

      Pros

      If you are an introvert, like to be left alone rotting in your own cubicle, come and work here! If playing office politics is your favorite past time hobby, they'll love to have you onboard. If you have hearing problems you'll enjoy working here because managers here like to yell at people, literally yelling! Free coffee!!!

      Cons

      It doen't matter how well you had done your job before, once you make a little mistake, they just fire you. To cut cost, they like to fire "under-performed" people but in fact, no performace reviews or warning had ever been given, I guess they bet on those people would never consult a lawyer.

      Pros

      This is a nice short-term place to be for college students who want to earn some extra money

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement, inexperienced or incompetant leadership, rampant sex discrimination, low morale. Only the "good ole" boys get hired on full time. If you're a woman - expect to work twice a hard as any one of your male colleages, and if you are DO get ahead, you'll be accused of "having done most of your work on your back!". Intelligent, hardworking women are a HUGE threat to this Draconian company! Promotions are secretly "promised" to certain people via the "good ole boy grapevine", yet they still like to see people "jump through hoops" and interview for these positions which are already promised to others.
