      Lionbridge is a global leader in providing technical employees for everything from translation to software development. Diversity isn't a word, it is a standard.

      Cons

      The downside is most companies that contract with Lionbridge do it to save money in not having to supply benefits or permanent opportunities they would have to do if they hired their own employees. They also rely on Lionbridge's global reach to supply technical employees and support staff from India and Chins cutting overall costs by offshoring resources. This often keeps U.S. qualified employees' wages and opportunities suppressed through their heavy reliance on a globalized workforce to compete in U.S. contracting.
