      - No experience needed - You can learn a lot while working for different companies on different projects - Great starting point if you want to gain experience and apply for a job in a studio

      Cons

      - Salary - Whether you'll like it here or not highly depends on the project you're working at - It's extremely hard to get a full time contract - It's also hard to get promoted as the positions are limited
