-Work from home -Work from abroad up to 6 months per year

Cons

Upper management is completely clueless about what is going on. They do not give raises to even match the inflation and you just end up with a 'pay cut' at the end of the year. They give merits with the maximum you can get being 5% GROSS to your salary. No possible way to promote within the company. Everything freezes for the past 7 months and they always give excuses blaming the C-level management. There is absolutely no certainty on which team you will end up working and they will trade you like a ping pong ball. Those who are hired from outside the company may start with a higher salary than those who are promoted from within Good to work for a maximum of 2 years.
