Cons

Lack of promotion opportunities, management is not reliable as they have an inconsistent relationship with their subordinates, layoffs happening constantly and unexpectedly

flexibility, learning opportunity, no nonsense team.

Cons

Not enough work, technical glitches on the call board, first come fist serve with routing the calls.

Possibility to earn well on big deals

Cons

The level of mentorship is very low, no helpful training materials, and no clear picture for the salesperson on how to shape the company's offers. The commission plan is not very achievable if you are not lucky with the big deals.
