Politics Non technical managers Favouritism Worst part is HR Team Old school HR Team When we ask for help they say everything will be as per our convenience Specially the mid level HRs They have so much attitude, rudeness, ego and doesn’t know how to speak with the employees , they think we are bodies to them and they can do whatever they want.
