Pros

The people are nice and some test leads are chill Some projects are better than others Depending on the project, the work itself is pretty easy, especially for functionality QA testers

Cons

the pay is low limited career potential irregular shifts (once went 2 months without shifts for english localization) not many benefits like bonuses (they told us we did a good job but not so good that they could consider holding a christmas party once) some localization projects are on extremely short deadlines for the amount of work
