Pros

Peers are very supportive and great to work with. Good work life balance.

Cons

poor salary, lack of progression opportunities, People stay in the same jobs for years without movement. Senior Management very disconnected from workforce and mistake Town Halls where they talk at employees for actual engagement. Very few Employee benefits. Always a whisper of redundancy and this creates a very anxious work place and work force.

Working at Lionbridge gives you a lot of experience with localization industry. It's a fast paced company which strives for excellence, meeting targets, client needs and being of top of AI localization introduction.

Cons

Due to many company transitions it's difficult to stay on top of it and being well compensated. It's diffcult to being recognized, even doing really great work.
