disorganized and cheap

Pros

Flexible work from home arrangements Trying to build a culture supply you with a laptop (albeit bare bones)

Cons

As others have stated - at the whim of the client. Very submissive to client. Certain groups do not get raises. Microsoft accounts haven't had raises in 3+ years. Low pay Tons of red tape

Flexible schedule

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

- flexible schedule, work whenever you want from home, as long as you do the minimum hours per week - decent wage for what it is, higher than minimum wage

Cons

- lot of memorization and training that you aren't compensated for - tasks generally take longer than the allotted time, but you aren't allowed to bill beyond the allotted time - the work is a bit tedious after awhile - internet usability is limited while working - you only receive feedback on your work once a month, for a limited number and type of tasks, so you may make the same mistake over and over for weeks before being corrected - you might be let go suddenly, with little warning
