      They offer bonuses sometimes The pay rate is good ($14 an hour for my position) Sometimes you will get extra hours added to your weeks (from 20 hrs to 24)

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management Sometimes there won't be enough tasks to get the full 20 hours a week

      Can work from home, during my free time

      Cons

      They do not respond to emails if something happens such as if you get sick and need to tell them that you won't be working for a few days. they send out threatening letters if you don't work a set number of hours per week, yet they often don't have assignments to meet that quota. I got a email after they bugged me about not working when i was sick and then two days letter got a termination letter that said it wasn't due to performance. WHAT?
