Pros

Great Flexibility and work from home are the primary reasons why people stay at Lionbridge. For a parent, like me, or someone who wants a flexible schedule, you are welcomed into a role that allows you to keep a healthy work/life balance with your family.

Cons

Like any large global company, you don't get to see your colleagues when you work from home. You have to take the initiative with video chat and online communication to really connect with people, if you want to be enriched by your colleagues.

Pros

Flexibility, work with international teams, as a project manager you actually get a lot of program management experience. Possibility to work with some cool companies. You can either breeze by or put in a lot of work- you can make it what you want.

Cons

No salary raise or bonus program = unmotivated employees and churn. Leadership team is weak. There are huge gaps between management and production teams. Training materials are weak and lacking- a total rehaul of processes, tools and technology is needed to support effective production and ability to automate. Too much on project managers plate.

Pros

Flexible schedule, work from home, work is easy, quick to communicate and the pay is pretty decent.

Cons

When I was hired I must have received 15 emails with an overwhelming amount of information. Some got lost or was missed by accident because of it.
