Cons

With the company evolving and responding to customer/market needs, it can be frustrating working thru the changes. This is not a place to work if you are looking for an ultra-stable environment.

good people, broad range of activities to be involved in, plenty of work to be done. Location is convenient for public transport.

Cons

poor middle management, a real feeling that people are interchangeable, that hiring a newbie makes up for losing an experienced person. Next to no professional development roadmap.
