      A good job to come in and do your time. Very flexible with time and some working from home.

      Cons

      Management was not visible. Seems to be you were there to make them money and they were not interested in you but as a hourly worker.

      You get very good knowledge in technical authoring only in aerospace.

      Cons

      1.If you are technical author in aerospace industry better stay away from this company. Very low salary, If you want high salary then you have to sign a one year bond with them. Before appraisal they will come up with some CTC. They will threat you to accept the CTC what they are quoting if we don't accept that they will say that if you are gonna go for normal appraisal cycle you will get very low CTC. Better you accept our offer. 2. You will get minimal tools experience which is not mostly wanted in the market. 3.Cheese your manager to get good salary. 4. One manager - who is very very very in approachable . he won't respect the employees who is working under him. Most of the guys who is working under him are cursing their fate for choosing this company. Summing up all. Please ignore this company.
