No cons I find during my tenure

You'll be working in a low budget environment. LB does not provide its employees with new equipment, software or the tools necessary for them to work efficiently. Program managers are weak - don't expect support from them. Career development is non-existent. Turnover is huge. The client treats LB employees like second class citizens, but to be fair, I suspect the experience largely depends on the team you are assigned to.
