Pay is low but dictated by stingy customers. The worst HR department I have ever worked with. Sit in their ivory tower and shove edict after edict with no idea what the business is. These HR women (only women) try to run the company and are absolutely clueless. Often times the threat of escalating to the "highest" level HR is supposed to put the fear of god in everyone and this threat is used all of the time. I thought HR was supposed to help protect everyone. What a joke! Just horrible HR at Lionbridge. Will miss my managers and peers...not HR.

Poor Senior Management, incompetent HR Department, Poor Salary, No support and no future. HR decides you are trouble because you point out their lack of process or procedures. They tell management they are gunning for you. Senior Management doesn't want your input even though they pay for it. Just want to hear what they already believe they know. Lose great people because they are afraid of their own job. Totally through their reporting employees to the wolves to save themselves.
