      No career growth if you're a localisation engg. and working on third party vendor

      Flexible working hours. Less pressurized work ( team dependable) Play area for refreshment Cafeteria on floor

      Cons

      Very low payment for localisation engineers. Long wait for promotions. People working there for 10+ yrs and getting paid hardy around 40k/month. If you joined as localisation engineer on a third party payroll then you're just like a use and throw glass. They will release you anytime they regardless of your performance. No policy for vendors. They hire 2 many third party employees bcoz project work cannot be trusted. They pay around 14k/mo for their fresher apprentice and I have works there for 2 years and they offered me the same salary as fresher gets, just bcoz I have taken into company payroll from third party. Join as a localisation engineer if this job is only way for your survival.

      Flexibility in schedule, possibility to work remotely

      Cons

      No review in salary, evaluation doesn't look like useful, as software developer most of the time my work looked like no maid sense, overall I missed my motivation on the road
