Pros

- possibility to grow and learn in different directions (linguistic, translations, technical skills) - possibility of moving to abroad offices - fully remote work - nice people

Cons

- low basic salaries, rather low advanced salaries compared to market standards - old technologies used - no R&D - company slow to adopt to technological changes (due to sheer size and number of emloyees)
