CEO. CRO send mixed messages. They say they listen to surveys and the employee's but don't. Pay is awful, they restructure your comp plan, so you don't make money. Leadership told sales, they made too much money last year, so they changed quota's and comp plans. Zero communications, too many OLD and outdated systems, nothing is SIMPLE. No career paths or growth. benefits are bad, no one cares about your career or anything, unless you close a deal. you don't get anywhere with this place unless you worked with the CRO and CEO at former companies.
