Pros

Its a job and pays you while you work even though it is well below the market

Cons

Poor Senior Management, incompetent HR Department, Poor Salary, No support and no future. HR decides you are trouble because you point out their lack of process or procedures. They tell management they are gunning for you. Senior Management doesn't want your input even though they pay for it. Just want to hear what they already believe they know. Lose great people because they are afraid of their own job. Totally through their reporting employees to the wolves to save themselves.

Pros

Work at home, very flexible environment. You just have to learn how to rate, then everything was ok for me. Good communication, very helpful and kind community team which helps you learn better and improve your skills, very helpful webinars.

Cons

None found so far, if you can consider it a con, tasks availability in May, June, July, August was not very good, but this could be clearly related to Google and not to Lionbridge.
