Pros

Learned many testing skills. Learned a lot about working with people of different cultures. Enjoyed working with the people on my teams.

Cons

Employees are often treated as resources. Have worked hard to win a contract to only have the contract sent overseas.

True Work at Home Job

Pros

This job is a true work from home experience. They pay a good wage for fairly easy work. Because you rate search engines and results, as well as web pages, it can get interesting. There is basically no set schedule and you work according to your own schedule.

Cons

The work can get a little tiresome. It’s very monotonous and can feel like it drags on. You are required to get a minimum amount of hours, and sometimes the tasks just aren’t there. Sometimes the tasks were so slow that I was unable to meet the hour requirements.
