Schedule flexibility - you choose when you work. Decent pay for telecommute position, especially in rural areas. Direct deposit Learning material is updated frequently, and webinars are available for extra support Feedback via e-mail on your quality of work, allowing you time to improve after coaching

Cons

No real upward mobility or advancement opportunities - contractor work You get paid once a month - tough to budget No benefits Really repetitive, boring tasks.
