      Relaxed work environment.

      Pros

      It's a fairly relaxed work environment here and most of the employees here are friends with one another. Management is hands-on and quite supportive.

      Cons

      The project I'm working on isn't really growing, so there's not much room for progression. Also, I would like more company sponsored training for other job skills so I can progress in my career.

      Pros

      They try to hire smart people. They get employees involved with the interview process. They (generally) try to get you the equipment you need.

      Cons

      They rarely get you the equipment with adequate specs. They are a very corporate environment (in that, if you want to deviate from SOP, it's going to be a big ol' CF). Pay is awful for software engineers.
