Pros
The rate of pay was competitive. They schedule flexibility is excellent. What other job offers you the ability to break your shift into minutes at a time to be spread out however and whenever you want as long as the minimum requirement is met?
Cons
The biggest con is the net 30 day pay schedule. That can be a bit of a struggle in the beginning working a fulll month and not receiving a check well into the following month.
