      Pros

      They will hire anyone who is 18, speaks english, and can pass a drug test.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They play favorites and will lie to get people they don't like fired. It is a very stressful job with no room for advancement, no health benefits, no paid time off, minimum wage, and long shifts.

      Pros

      If you are a good producer, you will do well here. Once "trust" is earned, depending on the manager of course, you have a lot of freedom. Longer term employees have a good amount of vacation. Lionbridge attracts a lot of industry veterans, so you will always find someone to compliment or enahnce your knowledge of the G11n process, technology, etc.

      Cons

      HR is by far their biggest weakness. Many questionable policies are put in place and even their HR folks themselves cross the line on PC. Sr Management has been there a very long time and therefore nothing much really new comes out of it. It gets wrapped up as new, but ultimately it is the same old same old. Politics here are HUGE! If you can't play politics, this is not a place you would want to promote in!
