Pros

Flexible work timing, small organization hence lots of hands on experience in technology area

Cons

Just one Mainframe project at present and hence growth is just nil, transport facility limited, canteen facility also limited, management's focus is in testing hence maintenance or development projects are very less only a few, express ur wish to grow in terms of work area or designation and you will be asked to find better opportunity outside the organization

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Able to work from home. Great opportunity to worth with people around the world. Interesting if you are into translation and project management.

Cons

Low pay. No chance for salary increase. (There are however chance to move to other departments. Still no pay increase though) A small management team seeks not the growth of the sub-office but just reaching the minimum and hiding under corporate radar Managers take zero interest in knowing the employees as human beings as long as jobs are done and deadlines are met Definitely lack of leadership quality
