      Pros

      Excellent, extremely dedicated team (best I've ever had pleasure to work with). Lots of beautiful minds. Great cultural awareness. Plenty of opportunities to advance in your career path if you want to work in localisation or project managent. Real challenges, ability to work with big budgets & having big responsibilities as a relatively young PM.

      Cons

      Weird decisions from the country management, poor communication between the upper management and lower levels, no motivational programs, no recognition of the best emplyoees, company events rare and poorly organised.
