Pros

Easy work with good payment and lots of guidelines and I can work from home anytime I want to or I can take a vacation anytime I want to.

Cons

Tasks are not always available... And they are boring (repeated) tasks... there's no other benefits at all except for good payment and working from home anytime.

-Work at home -Decent pay after you get used to the work pace -You decide when you work

Cons

-Stressful when you first start. You may feel like you'll never get better -Pay is really dependent on your work speed -Chances for a raise or advancement are not likely -Only one person in your household can apply and once you've been let go, you've been let go for life!

Good work/life balance. Opportunity to work from home. Interesting work and interesting people to work with. Good management.

Cons

Salaries rarely increase. The only opportunity for salary increase is through a promotion and promotion opportinuties, although existing, are not very frequent.
