Bullying rampant, pay terrible because managemet are making a massive profit out of jobs and paying pennies. One staff member harraseed out of job because another employee (Ex-RR) wanted to get training which he was not qualified for. Once training donem he left to got to a better paying job. Office solely made up of ex Rolls Royce employees who runn office like the mafia. Forget promotion if you are not ex-RR. They got RR to advertise for vacancies and RR handed over CV to Lionbridge. RR did it because nobody wanted to work for Lionbridge because they pay peanuts MBDA threw them off site when they took a lot of money off them and did not feliver and let them down so as director could say he made 70% profit rather than 50%
