      good salary comfortable/flexible worktime interesting tasks creative allow to improve Ur internet skills

      only part time not so easy interview sometimes not very interesting no additional profits than salary don't see a chance to promote

      Pros

      Lionbridge is good for Testing...but don't have many projects. Both Manual & automation testing projects are available. Office-culture - Its very good & people miss Lionbridge for office-culture when they go to other organization.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low as compared to market value & increment is usually 5-10 % average & revised salary takes effect from July every year. Very Few domains in testing .....Storage, E-learning, Healthcare, Translation services. Promotion : Promotion in designation do occur but compensation won't match with designation. Time-off policies : 21 days paid leave a year. 8.5 hrs attendance mandatory for full day attendance. Very few onsite opportunities & favorites may get preference.

      Rewarding work, you work hard during the day but at the end of the day you feel that you have achieved something.

      Lack of credit from management and you get lost in the large pool of employees
