Pros

The people you work with on a day to day basis are great. Many of them are young, motivated, and social, so you develop some great friendships. Due to the nature of its business, you have a chance to work directly with people all over the world on a regular basis. The culture on the floor is very different from central headquarters in Waltham where things are stale and conniving.

Cons

Toxic balance of power. There's a heavy focus on the Sales staff with a huge discrepancy in pay between them and the rest of the company. The guys in Sales know it too and bring in a cocky attitude, which is encouraged by upper management indirectly by not instilling any changes to the culture. Least personable and most incompetent HR department that I have ever seen in my life. When you need something from them, don't expect to get any responses.

Pros

Easy employment for educated foreigners looking for entry into working life. Flexible working times.

Cons

"As and when needed" style contracts issued to non management -- Not good if you are not a student. You work hard during the days you work, but would earn more money per month if unemployed (most months). Unethical management. High employee turnover. You are losing close friends/colleagues (the talented ones) on a monthly basis. Regularly working in positions above your title, but not getting that title nor the pay increase that comes along with it.
