Offers great entry level opportunity Good Benefits for Full time employees

Cons

Low Wages, driven lower by upper managements cutting of bill rates to clients. Profit driven by cuts in employee wages. No real opportunity for promotion, employees pidgeon holed Senior Management protect themselves and throw their employees under the bus

Pros

If you are interested in the localization industry, Lionbridge is a great place to learn. They have projects in all major verticals globally. If you like a business with lots of international colleagues, this is another plus.

Cons

Lack of innovative thinking could really hurt Lionbridge. Often times, the "one size fits all" processes employed by Lionbridge will not work for customers. Pricing can be higher than competitors and in a highly price sensitive industry, this can hurt business. Very little formal training offered.
