      Pros

      They let me work around my personal schedule. Flexible hours. The position allowed me to get my foot in the door with software testing. I enjoy my teammates.

      Cons

      1) Low pay 2) Not a lot of room to grow 3) To much outsourcing to offshore offices 4) No software development jobs. 5) Being a contractor is terrible...you are supposed to feel like part of another company, but you are just looked at like a moron.

      Pros

      It's a good place to start you experience, but once you get your short time in, get the heck out!!

      Cons

      What aren't the downsides... Lack of communication, no real goals or unrealistic goals, etc. They just don't care whatsoever about the individual employee. It's all about the numbers and making money.

      Pros

      Lionbridge gives it's employees the chance to work with cutting edge technologies prior to their release to the general public. If it weren't for the feeling of being "on the inside" of some of the clients and the products that they offer I would not have ever stayed working for this company.

      Cons

      Management is totally out of touch with the needs and morale of their employees. Along those lines management also walks a fine line between offering it's clients the services that they expect and straight up lying to them about how their accounts are being handled. I am sure that in some cases the cleint believed they were getting more accurate results than what they were, and that Lionbridge at this location was able to give them a much more accurate overview of their product.
