People I work with are amazing and I've never felt more welcome in any job. You get to help build new upcoming games.

Cons

Management treats contractors very poorly. Our opinions and concerns about the company are ignored. We don't get paid enough (after 4+ years of experience I get paid 1,5zł/h more then minimal wage). This year minimal wage in Poland went up by 0.9zł/h and we got an adjustment of 0.5zł/h, which essentially means we are making less then last year. For Christmas we got gifted socks XD no bonuses or anything. Job itself tend to be pretty boring but that's the nature of working as a tester.
