-Good team environment (jokes wise) -Low stress environment (low work load)
Cons
-No tools or guides to show employees how to do their job better if inexperienced -Takes advantage of harder workers by paying them not well enough and cutting off the people who do the minimum of what they are paid to do -Little to no room for any career growth, even if you get a higher title the pay is not much better -Sexist environment at times especially comments made towards women -Discriminatory comments toward Japanese people and culture, women included like they aren’t people -HR is dishonest and basically pulls a lie by obmission tactic all the time, please educate yourself on your rights as an employee and advocate for yourself otherwise they will take advantage of you.
