Pros

Colleagues are friendly, smart and helpful. Good collaborative culture.

Cons

Benefits are close to nothing. Lack of transparency with both customers and their own employees. The company should treat their employees better and not like disposables. Hard work is not appreciated. Management tries to manipulate employees and will get emotional and angry when it doesn’t work. OT……. Many of the good reviews here are orchestrated by the upper management themselves, so take them with a pinch of salt.

Pros

Unlimited drinks and snacks, ONLY for office workers

Cons

Terrible place to work. Ironic for a “smart tech” company to have absolutely some of the worst management system in place…manual 😂 Lots of racism talks and mindset. Hire Malaysian or foreign workers for cheap and hard labor while the Singaporeans do relaxed office easy jobs but make x3 more. And when it’s time to renew work permit, they just retrench. Total scumbags And of course, all talk but no action. Parts always have shortages due to non existent management & getting cut off by suppliers for not paying. Over priced poorly designed product with limited functions. You can use the same money to hire full time cleaners for a year or few years and they can do a better top to bottom spectacular job that the crappy robots can’t.

Pros

Snacks stocked up in the pantry.

Cons

1) The company operates through a cycle of imposing unwanted pressure and urgency: CEO -> CTO -> leads -> Engineers -> Rushed features/production -> Customer -> CEO 2) Almost 20 percent of the company got layed off last month. Most of them asked to leave on a day's notice. 3) Inexperienced team leads who are incapable to solve difficult technical problems. 4) Bad work culture. The company expects you to OT. Even if you OT the company refuses to pay for your cab ride back home.
