Friendly people, good opportunities to learn across departments given the size, promotions and recognition for people who work hard

Cons

constant and frequent changes in directions, leadership not knowing what to do with the digital and data transformation, lower than average compensation, high pressure, very bad in diversity and inclusion

- Small enough organization to really learn lots of different things and make a difference. - 80% of the people are amazing, passionate coworkers that believe in mutual respect and teamwork to get the job done.

Cons

-The other 20% unfortunately, the company calls "super stars" looking to advance themselves with shiny new projects (with no accountability for the day-to-day job responsibilities). - Pays like an "indie", but does have a few benefits/perks

Pros

Excellent benefits package, discounts, perks. Employees of all levels get the opportunity to work on projects and work with higher-ups. Multiple performance convos per year to hold employees and supervisors accountable on goals and intentions. Tools for success are available for those that want/ask for it.

Cons

It can feel like headcount hasn't been able to catch up with changes and acquisitions. It's an exciting place to work but is very fast paced and new hires seem to be thrown right in. There is way more to learn about the company than can fit into a single day / hour. Would love ongoing education and training opportunities for entry to mid-level employees.
