Pros

Great people and a variety of projects to work on. The company is always trying new things, new types or projects and new distribution strategies

Cons

Long hours and not enough staff for the growing workload. Also, as with many studios, constantly being expected to do more with less money

Pros

I had an opportunity to work at Lionsgate as a consultant. Great friendly environment. It seemed like the company cared about its employees well being. Little perks such as bagel fridays and in-and-out lunch days were awesome!

Cons

When I was there, the office was having problems with workspace. people were being moved around the floor. They definitely need a bigger office space!
