Pros

I have really enjoyed working with Lionsgate. Most of my work revolves around the director (for film), but Lionsgate doesn't skimp where other companies have.

Cons

Sometimes the food is really bad. They get catered food for us, and it's good at first, but day after day it's the same thing. (I hope you like pasta with red sauce)

Pros

Great people. Everyone is trying to work together, even in times of uncertainty.

Cons

Studio style hierarchy. You will get squashed by narcism. They aren't innovative at all and risking their future based on confidence of floating on current IP.

Cons

tough industry, competitive, corporate politics (like any other studio)... gotta play the game.
