Pros
- Wonderful care and attention towards all employees from senior staff - Proactive and dedicated HR team with growth, flexibility and honesty tied to their core, a testament to Lionsgate's larger picture and leadership - Ambitious and risk-taking company willing to try new avenues and support employees in their efforts, whether professional or personal - An exciting place to work where no two days are ever the same - Employee inclusion in many off-sites, industry events (premieres, screenings etc), surprise treats (lunches/breakfasts etc) and a strong focus on wellbeing (mental, physical and emotional) - Fantastic benefits available - Opportunity to work with an eclectic, diverse, international work force with various locations worldwide, offering a chance to work with other cultures and travel - Generous company focused on increasing shareholder value without ever losing sight of its employees - Flexible work-life balance offering through working hours and work from home days - Modern, comfortable office in a buzzing part of London - As a whole, a company which rewards hard work and spotlights everyone's success, hell-bent on employee growth and on building an inspiring, engaging, lively workplace
Cons
The only thing I'd say is the return to the 4 days/week in the office, post Covid. Even though most of the industry seems to have followed suit, 3 days in office would offer even better work-life balance. Lionsgate remains flexible around office hours depending on everyone's circumstances however, which is highly appreciated.
