Pros

-Great resume builder, and way to make connections -Productive office environment -Open-minded management (mostly) -Benefits are pretty good

Cons

-Middle-of-the-road pay for mid-level employees -Internal promotions happen but are directly dependent on personal relationships -Long hours, work/life balance is a struggle even in such a laid back environment

Pros

Cool perks (like their rideshare system, where you get free movie tickets if you carpool with coworkers to work). Very casual environment. Everyone is super friendly and the company promotes a social environment. There are also unlimited sick days and you get winter break in December.

Cons

Pay is terrible in relationship to the amount of work that they expect you to do. They don't often (if ever) promote within and climbing up is a long ways to go.
